Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use BodyOS. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

BodyOS provides general nutrition, fitness, and wellness information based on the data you submit. It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise, or weight management programme — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. You use the Service at your own risk.

• BodyOS may offer a free trial. After the trial ends, your subscription will continue at the displayed price unless cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
• You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Because BodyOS is a digital service delivered immediately, fees already paid are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@bodyos.in within 7 days and we'll review your case.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Share your account or resell access without our written permission.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.

All content, branding, software, and design in BodyOS belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that data solely to operate, improve, and personalise the Service for you.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BodyOS and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kerala, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
